When planning your calendar do you work through the whole year? For example do you know right now when you’ll take vacation: summer, winter, spring or fall? I was guilty of booking holiday time last minute. That’s ridiculous. Many of us plan this way because we don’t plan ahead. You deserve vacation time and must take your vacation. So if you don’t book your vacation days early in the year what; training programs, conventions, net working events let alone birthdays, anniversaries, parties, commitments and games are not on your calendar? A common definition of stress is when we admit there is not enough time in the day to get everything done and tomorrow will not be any better.
